Thank you to Dorothy Hirscher for the white nativity that was displayed in the Main hall. Memorial funds from the family of Walter Russell allowed us to purchase another nativity set and a Mary, Joseph, and Jesus statue. Thank you to the family. Thank you to everyone who helped decorate and take down decorations in the church for the Christmas season. It was especially gratifying to have so many youth helping this year. Thank you. We really appreciate all the donations of ice cream and food. This picnic was a “success” because of you people who go to that extra mile. The gifts were delivered as Homebound Communion was taken to the homes on Sunday, September 16th. Special Music has been very “special” this summer. Many thanks to these friends for sharing their talents in music during August and September: Claude Boruff – piano, Jim Kirkman – trumpet, Jacob Rumsey – violin and Guy Rumsey – piano, Ross Pentzer – cello, Ginny Jones – violin. Dear friends, thank you so much for your prayers, phone calls, cards and flowers. It was very comforting to know that my church family was there in my time of need. Don Mains We would like to thank our church family for all the visits, cards and encouragement you gave George over the last few years of his illness. Also, the kindness shown during his passing.
