Hebrews 13:1-8, 15-16

Let brotherly love continue. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them; and those who are ill-treated, since you also are in the body. Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled; for God will judge the immoral and adulterous. Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have; for he has said, "I will never fail you nor forsake you." Hence we can confidently say, "The Lord is my helper,I will not be afraid;what can man do to me?" Remember your leaders, those who spoke to you the word of God; consider the outcome of their life, and imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and for ever. Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name. Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.

SYMPATHY

We extend our most sincere sympathy to the family of Dorothy Roberts. Rev. Bob Dailey officiated at the funeral on March 1st.

We extend our most sincere sympathy to the family of Martha Robbins, the family of Tressie Scherschel, the family of Priscilla Chastain, and the family of Lucille Burgess. Rev. Bob Dailey officiated at each of these funerals.

We extend our most sincere sympathy to the family of Neva Alex. She died November 3rd in Indianapolis. A funeral was held in Cloverdale, Indiana, on November 7th.

We extend our most sincere sympathy to the family of Leo Jenkins. Leo died on Saturday, October 24th at his home in Purvis, Mississippi. A memorial service will be held at First Christian Church, Bedford, on Saturday, November 7th at 4:00 p.m. Visitation will be at the church from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 7th.

We extend our most sincere sympathy to the family of Pat Oakley. Pat died October 24th at her home. At this time there are no plans for a memorial service.

We extend our deepest sympathy to the family of Frances Clark. Frances died Monday, October 12th and her funeral was held Friday, October 16th.

We extend our deepest sympathy to the family of Dorothy Hirscher. Dorothy died Sunday, September 27th.

We extend most sincere sympathy to the family of Lois Chase, who died July 23rd, and to the family of Orin "Bud" Fultz, who died July 26th.

We extend sincere sympathy to the family of Jean Terry. Jean died at Stonebridge Health Campus on June 23rd. A graveside service was held Friday, June 26th.
